    Mr John O. O. Akinleye - Chairman

    Mr. John O.O. Akinleye, a Professional Banker is currently the Executive Chairman of the Board. A Barclays Bank Plc London-trained Registrar, a former Deputy General Manager of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, an erstwhile Managing Director/Chief Executive of Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, a former Chairman of Standing sub-Committee on Bankers’ Tariff, a sub-committee of the Bankers Committee, the apex body of the Banking Industry.

    He began his career with African International Bank (AIB) in 1998 and left for Mutual Assurances Limited in 2000 and became the Head of Finance and Investment. He joined Kinley Securities Limited as the MD in April 2013, before then he worked with Fountain Securities Limited as the Head of Operations and Investments Management, the Chief Operating Officer & Head Investment Management at Midland Capital Market Ltd, the Head of Stockbroking and Investment Management at Standard Alliance Money Limited, and the Head, Stockbroking Operations/Fin Control at Future View Financial Services Limited where he started his investment Banking career.

    Mr Afolabi Olayomi Martins - Managing Director

    Mr Afolabi Olayomi Martins holds a B.Sc degree in Economics from Lagos State University, Ojo Lagos and Msc Economics from University of Lagos. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000 and as a Chartered Stockbroker in 2006.

    Chief Oyekunle Oluwasanmi - Director

    Chief Oyekunle Oluwasanmi is a Legal Practitioner and former Honourable Minister for Power and Steel and a former Area Administrator of Nigerian Customs Services.

    He was the former Chairman of News Agency of Nigeria and member of the State and Local Government Creation Committee. He is currently a private business man.

    Chief J. A. Odeyemi - Director

    Chief J.A. Odeyemi is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He was once the Chairman Ecobank Nigeria Plc as well as Director of several other companies, including JKN Limited.

    He also once served as Chairman of the Nigerian Accounting Standards Board, he was also once the President of NACCIMA.

    Sir J. F. Familusi - Director

    Sir J.F.Familusi is an Economist, an Entrepreneur and Business Executive. He is the Chairman/Managing Director of Swede Control – an Inspection Agent.

    He is a renowned business man with interest in mist sectors of the economy.

    Mrs C . T. Akinleye - Director

    C.T. Akinleye (Mrs) is a retired Assistant Chief Nursing Officer at State House, Lagos. She was the Head of State House Clinic Ribadu Road Ikoyi - Lagos for many years during the administration of Obasanjo, Shagari, Buhari and Babangida.

    She is a Director of Finance and Factoring Company Limited.

    Dr. T. O. Farinre - Director

    DR T.O. Farinre is an Engineer and Computer Scientist, formerly Head of Computer System Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited. He is on the Board of many other companies.

    Mr Muhammadu Sambo Dasuki - Director

    Mr Muhammadu Sambo Dasuki served in the Nigerian Army for a period of over 20 years and he retired as a Colonel. He was the former Managing Director/Chief Executive of Nigeria Security Printing and Minting Company, and is currently the NSA (National Security Adviser) to the Nigerian Government.

    Mr Pricewill Onyekachi Ojeh - Director

    Mr Princewill Onyekachi Ojeh holds MBA from University of Port Harcourt. He is an Associate Member of both Nigeria Institute of Management & Marketing. He worked in Union Bank of Nigeria Plc where he rose to the position of Manager.

    He is currently the National President of Association of Senior Staff of Banks, Insurance and Financial Institutions.

    Mr John O. A. Akinleye - Executive Director

    Mr John Omobolanle Akinwale Akinleye Jnr obtained a B.A. in Industrial Economics and Masters Degree in Information Technology from the University of Nottingham. Mr Akinleye Jnr started out his career with J. Sainsburys Ltd in UK, where he was employed as a trainee on the Sainsbury’s fast Track Management scheme.

    However, Having completed the intensive training program Mr Akinleye Jnr decided to Move back to Nigeria, where he Joined the then Union Merchant Bank Ltd (Corporate Finance Department) now Union Capital Market Ltd and played an active role in the Banking consolidation exercise by taking a number of the Banks including Union Bank Nig Plc to the Market to raise the 25 Billion minimum Share Capital base required for them to stay in business.

    Whilst with Union Merchant Bank Mr Akinleye Jnr gained quite a bit of experience and knowledge about the workings of the Capital Market by constantly liasing and working with members of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigerian Stock Exchange, other Issuing Houses as well as Stock Broking Firms in order to ensure that Offers were carried out successfully, and in a timely fashion. Mr Akinleye Jnr currently works in Kinley Securities Ltd, in the capacity of Head Compliance and Processes.

    Oluwatosin Oluwatosin Temitope - Securities Trader

    Oluwatosin Oluwatosin Temitope is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Stockbroker with several years of professional experience in accounting and stock broking business. A graduate of Economics Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye. She became an Authorised Dealing Clerk Of Nigerian Stock Exchange in 2010 and a graduate Member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers in 2008, Graduate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management in 2003, an Associate of Chartered Institute of Accountant in 2002.

    Before joining Kinley Securities Limited, She worked with Midland Capital Markets limited as Accountant/Broker; She also worked with Labi Segun Enterprises as Account Officer in 2006. Oluwatosin has a sound knowledge of Accounting, Stock broking and the Nigeria Capital Market, knowledge and skills she is now deploying at Kinley Securities which is having a positive impact on the organisation.
